Use the email address used at Stripe checkout. We will review the request against the published refund policy and the payment record.

Full-course guarantee

Qualifying full-course purchases can be refunded within 14 calendar days of purchase. If a US$10 founding reservation was credited toward tuition, a qualifying full-course refund covers both the course balance and that credited reservation.
